Heroin Symposium – August 30th, 2011
*** UPDATE: Over 500 people attended the Heroin Symposium which will air on SCVTV, local television for Santa Clarita, Thursday, September 8 at 8 p.m. and Friday September 9 at 9 p.m. The meeting will also be linked to from this site and posted on YouTube.com/heroinkillsscv. In recent months, Santa Clarita has experienced a dramatic increase in heroin use, arrests and fatal overdoses. Many are unaware of the existence of heroin in Santa Clarita schools and among teenagers in our Valley.
